So i have posted a fair amount of the sketchy history etc, but also that i have a sizable stake now ( avg about .0008 now). 
I do think the filings suggest a positive development, not for some mega move, but perhaps a step towards the merger ( despite no mention in filings) . Any real pulse should move share value substantially... i use cap as my measure. At .0001 the cap is under a mil. At .001 the cap is around 6m and still tiny.
Agree the history suggests watching closely, but selling at this point makes no cents... literally!
