Nonsense! Look at the 3 United Health insiders who personally bought shares TODAY! All of your arguments apply to United Health and their insiders too (UH has one of the most generous stock option plans for their officers (look it up), their insiders would like to be diversified, etc. etc.) 

Insiders buying shows investors that they have confidence in their compnay and their own ability to excecute. As mentioned before, insiders buying (when stock is misunderstood and undervalued) is common practice and business 101. You are swimming against the current on this topic. Look at my earlier post with 5 examples in biopharma.
