Thanks, Foodman1291 Since you apparently do subscribe to Tom Bishop's newsletter this is important that you have replied to both of those who probably misquoted Bishop. Good to hear that he is well aware of 3-71.... I kind of agreed that this would be odd that he would not be informed about it. At first, my opinion was negative, so your clarifying it is excellent!
