You do know that you can be long a stock and not think that EVERYTHING is perfect with the compnay, don't you?! A true investor tries to remain objective and call out areas that would benefit from improvements.
I have been an investor in halo since 2011 and in biotech since the 1990's. I have yet to see a head of IR who is so consistently and chronically bad at responding to email/phone calls. I get it if they fall behind from time to time but with this one has been a poor communicator for a longtime.
