Also essential not another company mixed with the same players in the background. Transparency, real new mgt and board, product  w earnings not buried in debt and loaded w forward looking language.
But the co has not filled for another extension on filings , so remains w a yield sign on OTC. 
No update, even to CURRENT facts such as pulling covert and mgt off website. No update for 4 mo following getting updates on a monthly basis on the same effort.
Contact info is meaningless- no one answers even in minimal way.
