Rare earth prices surge 210%: EV, robotics, defense supply chains on the line

I can't say I am versed in rare earth elements etc. so I am experiencing a learning curve which includes pricing etc. GOLD I am right on with. When there is a headline stating prices surge 210% that catches my attention.
