Validian Corp (fka VLDI)

Hello Mr. TPP,
I purchased this stock in the early 2000's at $7.00 a share when it was called Sochrys. It started falling rapidly the minute after I bought it and has never recovered. I have my statements from Charles S. stating I have (had) 2500 shares of Validian Corp. (stated that way on my statement) I also have an additional 4500 shares of stock certificates of Validian Corp. (stated that way on the certificates). You stated the following on 5/6/25: "The good news is, you do not own shares of VLDI stock. If you did, all of the money you invested has been lost. However, since you own shares of stock in Validian Corporation, all of the money you invested is SAFE."

I do not know if I have VLDI stock or Validian Corp. stock? My Charles S. and stock certificates both say "Validian Corp." I'm not an experienced investor and read this forum hoping for a miracle. Is my money I invested SAFE as you stated above?
