Insider there is no holdup as I have said before NWBO management works in a quantum universe that is very close to a black hole, so much so that time passes differently for us retail and management. Really just minutes go by to management and that translates into days and weeks for us.. Someone from Physics should really study this because it is true time is relative and  NWBO time runs much much much much slower than for all of us. So while it's a year and a half for us, it may only be a few months for management. I have said this before, but it is true when dealing with NWBO you must realize that NWBO time is its own animal different from everyone else. In Less's defense, therefore, he really did think it would be the fall, but didn't calculate in the time differential between the rest of us and NWBO management.
