I am cautiously optimistic, but that's because I now hold more shares of this stock then ever in the past so I am a bit more inclined to be hopeful that this time, FINALLY, will be THE time.

This is eerily familiar to last time. Even the timing is familiar with regards to when the shareholder's meeting is scheduled.

Last time Mr. Brown posted something very similar to this post from about a month ago:
There will be no more delays.

This, I am sure, is what Mr. Brown would refer to as a "Statement of Faith" and should not be interpreted as anything more than that. It's not to be interpreted as a knowledge based prediction of what the current efforts will produce.

Last time we were here, Mr. Brown said there would be no more delays and then totally crapped on the shareholder at the annual shareholder meeting by telling us that the discovery of oil on-shore Israel was once again delayed.

So here we are again, eerily similar circumstances. Mr. Brown telling us there will be no more delays. The shareholder's meeting is a month away. It's like the story of the Boy who cried Oil.

So I am cautiously optimistic. Once again, I have hope. I just hope Mr. Brown does not once again dash my hopes at the Annual Shareholder's Meeting.
