Please, Radiogel was invented decades ago and is now public domain. Anybody can make an offset to Radiogel now. RDGL's failure to get Radiogel to market is 100% on them. They had decades to do so and didn't even try. MK has been running RDGL since 2016 and only started human trials in late 2024 and remains mired in phase 1 until he can set up operations in India, something he lacks the cash to do at moment. The guy is an incompetent moron.

It's just a fact RDGL's 2021 "improvements" launched in 2022 meant starting over with FDA. Can't bait and switch with FDA. And what's this nonsense about "patents". Are you counting patents pending that may or may not be granted as patents? In any case, none of those can stop anyone from making a Radiogel offset.
