If he was referring to the NW MAA, then that certainly would be concerning. If he was referring to some other company's MAA, that it doesn't affect us at all. First, I find it hard to believe that MHRA is considering an MAA that was validated 3/2024 to be a 'backlogged' MAA. Second, this meeting was on March 18th, before the 10k. If MHRA believed on March 18th that NW's MAA had 'major issues precluding approval' then we would have heard about it from the company now, in the 10k or by some other mode of communication. MHRA are talking about very old backlogged MAAs. Very much doubt this has anything to do with NW.
