What's wrong with his citing that 2021 lying quote from serial liar MK?

That was after MK lied about submitting IDE application in 2nd quarter 2021, then saying he needed another 90-120 days (until Sept 21, 2021, another lie), then after twice lying about submitting an IDE application that year, MK posted that quote after meeting with FDA for first time in Nov. 2021. He again lied in that quote that RDGL had all needed funding to get through IDE application submission. There have been several offerings since, and he's repeated that lie (Have enough $ to get through IDE submission) before every offering.

Here we are almost a year after MK's 2024 IDE abortion, and he still hasn't submitted an IDE application. And what more does he have now that he didn't have then? Some phase 1 bogus safety conclusions out of India for a different product than he intends to market in USA? Good luck getting FDA to buy that.
