TenKay replied with a clip from the auditor's report:

"However, we did not receive appropriate and sufficient information or documentation to corroborate the main assumptions used and update of this volume, as well as the existence of this asset, therefore, it was not possible to measure the fair value of the asset on the base date."

You keep asserting that the auditors didn't question the existence of the pile of fertilizer. And yet, that is EXACTLY what they did in their report.
