One thing that sincerely conflicts in me about NRSN is not only that absence of a signed partnership, but on the flip side the conspicuous absence of some sort of offering, financing or otherwise fund raise. The confusing part of this whole thing is the lack of money but the absence of something to bridge the gap. Either they really don't know what they're doing or they sincerely believe a partnership is so close there is no reason to spook the market prior to a partnership conclusion. I really just can't wrap my head around this. They have 0 dollars as per their last filing for year end 3.5 million roughly which has long been burned through as it's nearly May. It's one or the other. Either they really are on the verge of signing a deal or they need funds from the public or private placement again. I just cant tell what's what every Friday that passes with no after hours offering is leading me to believe a partnership is imminent. How otherwise are they keeping the lights on? They can't live off love
