Well that I agree with! I really want to invest here but watching this daily unfold gives me the Willies. I'm on the fence as to wheather this will turn out at this point. It's not the science or the data in the least, it's 99% Alon Ben Noon that I can't read well. When I have a difficult time reading a person I simply stay away. I really hope he turns out to be of good character and everything he says is true. One thing to note is there is a stark difference between a "Binding Term Sheet" and a standard "Term Sheet". If you google the two you will notice one comes with a guarantee if things get yanked from either party it can be litigated in a court of law. My only question is does Alon Ben Noon know the difference between the two and did he actually sigh a "Binding Term Sheet"??? If he stated this without knowing there is a difference NRSN is in deep trouble. If he is correct in his Grammer on the other hand this could be a big win for everyone because a "Binding Term "Sheet" carries with it significantly more weight and are almost never broken because of the legal implications of the document. The key words here is "BINDING" and wheather or not Alon is ignorant in this fact or he knows exactly what's what. Nobody really knows atm but 1 thing gives him some credence here and that is he explicitly recites "BINDING TERM SHEET"
The problem for me is I can't read the guy and haven't a clue if he knows the difference or not
