Cohen never had control of this stock. He was the lead investor. He was on the board. He brought a manufacturing partner to the table and a corporate gaurantee to the table. The board rejected the offer and wanted to maintain control of manufacturing. As a result, Belisarian took control of the stock. This has been discussed and stated enough times. You just enjoy seeing shareholders lose their money while Belisarian holdings works to determine their next reverse merger. You're just a paid basher and have a sick obsession with cohen and you prey on people's failures...
