Good point. I forgot about the lower costs.

I believe that if certain SOC treatments can be eliminated, it might be determined that overall treatment cost will actually be reduced after DCVax-L is approved.

Lower cost means more insurance company execs smile in the background.
There should not be insurance reimbursement issues because the only difference in this scenario is not spend on treatments the doctor believes is not needed.
