What could be the strategy? I don't get it.
Obviously not retail doing 100, 200 share trades.
Obviously it is market makers because they don't incur trading fees, so only they can do this.

Maybe it scares buyers off for a day. But with the overall market in a downfall and NWBO on the uptrend, that only turns into building up demand, IMO.
