Vanguard : " Buy orders are not currently accepted for this security".

It seems very likely that the various brokers or Market makers have given the order to stop purchases. Only selling is allowed.
I would say that they are scared to death and cannot get to the shares simply because there are not enough sellers. So they are trapped and should buy on the free market, but they do not want to do that now because the price will then shoot up and a squeeze will be put into effect.
They are preventing purchases by retail and other parties.
I think our time is in sight.
