Seriously, VVVVV, if you were "smart enough" as you say, you'd know that you DON'T KNOW.
And when you don't know, it's better to keep your fingers off the keyboard... because your ramblings about what you're GUESSING are based on your "common sense" GUT and not on facts. There are many reasons why things might be playing out the way they are. And there are some we may not have a clue about. You just don't KNOW.

I don’t pretend to understand anything about this antitrust and or RICO claims. But, I’m smart enough that if the defendants felt these claims had any validity to them, and the remaining’606, ‘815/‘005 RBR patents had any value, a freaking deal would have been consummated. Common sense and I’m not the only shareholder that feels this way. IMHO
