$.0093 Well, I don't live in a "fantasy world" just because I don't agree with you; WE JUST DON'T AGREE!

VPLM has its case; the defendants theirs. There have been two sides since the beginning of the patent cases. This isn't some roll of the dice; nor does it live or die on RICO. Large corporations make f'd up decisions all the time. Not RICO, but ENRON/WCOM/Nortel and on and on.

If the bigs always made the correct judgement with regard to RICO, there'd be no RICO convictions and that isn't the case.

If the bigs always correct judgement, there'd just be one, or a few large companies because they'd just buy up any new viable companies, letting the lemons go!

I doubt Ray Leon thinks this is just a gamble and he came on, officially, after VPLM was going down this new path.

RICO doesn't fly; there's still the ANTI-TRUST/CLASS-ACTION.

VPLM is appealing the Albright denial. The patents live on.

Motley Fool is INVESTED for the third or fourth time. Not a large investment, but VPLM is in the penny arena.

We will start hearing more VERY SOON, which will be a change.

Especially, after Emil has told his shareholders, antitrust and RICO, “is our hope”. Basically, since he doesn’t address the ‘606 RBR v. Amazon, seems like he has surrendered enforcing his patents. Hopefully, this isn’t true.

It’s simple common sense what’s happening. This has become a pure roll of the dice. GAMBLE.

Let’s see what happens. VPLM shareholders will need a small miracle.

And you don’t want VPLM to succeed more than I. Trust me. I just don’t live in fantasy land.

Let’s just have faith, this goes in VPLM’s favor.
