Fact ✅️:NWBO’s leadership have held and continue to hold a substantial number of shares, and the CEO is holding more shares than anyone else…

Per the 10K (pqge 40) LP owns 29M shares. That is 2,.2% and not even the most in the corner offices (Bosch has more). Furthermore, that is chump change for somebody with a billion dollars.

It is true though that her "true-up" that pays here for diluting retail could easily be another 100M+ shares if allowed by the Court.

Additionally, Advent also owns shares of NWBO.

Have not seen any Form 4 by Advent reporting such. Are you suggesting LP is not following the law by disclosing shares in Advent? We know she was cited by the SEC for exactly this with Cognate years ago, so you could be right.

We did later learn Cognate was flipping the shares, so maybe that was the reason to stay quiet.
