Wow, that sounds worse than fraud. Going into bank accounts and withdrawing money without the account holder's knowledge or permission sounds like Jake P. Noch is committing robbery.

Glad congress now knows about his scams.

Close....but in reality it's even worse......

1) "Robbery" would be going up to a person on the street and saying "Give me all your money". If a weapon was used in committing the "Robbery", it's now felony "armed robbery" etc.

2) Burglary - is breaking into a structure and taking someone else's property, property not owned by the thief. Usually charged as a felony crime in most states and jurisdictions. Again, add in a weapon, gets magnitudes more serious as "armed burglary", as if someone is "home" or "present" in a commercial building, people tend to get shot and often killed etc.

What DIRTY JAKE P NOCH is doing - it falls under good ole "FRAUD" and "THEFT" as in GRAND THEFT due to the monetary amounts he has stolen.....type of crimes committed. AND....it would be a variation on numerous.... "White collar crimes aka financial crimes".....

NOW....where it gets REAL JUICY.....is IF HE USED "the internet" aka in old law terminology ....THE PHONE SYSTEM...and IF HE CROSSED STATE LINES (which he did) as in.... he's based in FL and he lifted that money from someone's bank account in say NY or NC or who the hell knows....AS HE DID...well...he just graduated up to FEDERAL CRIMES....

The big boy stuff....numero uno charge typically used in situations crossing state lines and theft of "monies" and similar white collar crimes.....WIRE FRAUD....old postal and old telcom law....and it is dead serious....!!!

WIRE FRAUD and cross state border crimes of the "financial nature" is what gets the FBI and DOJ and federal courts involved - and that shit can "start" at 10 year sentences, etc......not in local county jail......not in state prison....buy bigggy boy keep yo pants up tight.....Federal Prison....yepper.....

DIRTY JAKE HAS SCREWED THE PROVERBIAL LEGAL POOCH in too many ways to even count....and his dumb brick momma REGINA NOCH...she better get right with Jesus and learn to pray....cause IF SHE HELPED HER PUNK KID....so much as an iota....and me personally....I believe her momma mitts are all over this shit.....then she's got a LOT TO LOSE.......

DIRTY JAKE is avoiding service in a town where the sheriffs ..."KNOW HIM" ....aka Naples FL....AND THEY SAID ON THE COURT RECORD....he's AVOIDING SERVICE...and Naples law enforcement put on the court record.... "Jake P. Noch....has A HISTORY OF AVOIDING PROCESS"....that is damning..,,to put it mildly...

IF momma is paying the tab to hide DIRTY JAKE NOCH in the islands...at a family crib south of FL....which is my "guess"....they be in a shit heap mucho big trouble....

Ask me....JAKE P NOCH....he's going to be criminally indicted....and it can happen any damn day here now IMO....AND THEN....the FEDS (or just local sheriff and/or state agency law enforcement).... will find him....guaranteed they find his sorry ass....easier than finding a mountain of bullshit....lying in the open....in a 1000 acre flat field after the cows left....

I also expect a "parallel" case to be filed - likely civil charges though "criminal" is very realistic IMO...as to "securities fraud"....by The SEC w/ DOJ acting as the prosecuting agency.....yepper....
