Wasn't the "American Manifesto" (Trump) E-Book supposed to be out by yesterday? I don't follow the day-to-day here but I asked a "LONG" (probably MY MISTAKE), who said "it was coming BEFORE the hardcover & - with the delay - was pushed to the first TWO WEEKS in April". Well, it's April 16th,... Assuming that's direct from the company, blog, PR, or whatever....

I don't see it. Anyone?
