$NWBO I have a suspicion that for quite some time behind the scenes there is/has been a mounting crisis with MMs trying to locate real shares. OS may look like a lot on paper but in reality its not. Many longs hold tens of thousands of shares each, some have 100k+, lucky ones hold 1 million+. Nobody is selling and most (i hope) arent lending them out. Large proportion held by insiders. Float is pretty much locked. Short + naked short interest in total may well be astronomical and impossible to cover. Hence all the shenanigans with SP. Buy button removal. Constant requests to lend out shares etc etc

I will say, most excellent find 👌🏻 and the best reason I’ve come across till now, why Stuttgart says nothing and why NWBO quite possibly stalls for time being able staying quiet, this being a strategic decision, avoid tipping bad actors, avoid misstatements. Timed disclosure?
