These are definitely CRE securitized from 2002-2008 by Fuld bc they are structured perfectly to be bankruptcy remote and DST is the best way to do so. The key is you're not looking for a CLAIM to be paid out. CH 11 just has to close and your accounts will be able to pay you the glutton of cash of 16.5 missed years of quarterlyl 6-6.375% cash distributions - statutory interest of 8% std for being late (like UK, I believe these are special Common Law and the first US codified by Statute in Delaware 1988 thus DST and they would pay stat interest because it takes a little unique UK law guidance how to pay this all out late, then you should have the asset value of your share % ownership of the luxury properties in the 4 different DST issued Trust PFD Shares. That's the divided ownership of a luxury property - Lehman divided it up into shareholders to pool individual ownership into the sub debentures and tada - bankruptcy remote - the trustee for ABS Trust's at high claim levels are not bankruptcy remote bc the degree of separation thanks to the swap but there's a court case by a guy name "O'Hara" that keeps suing because Lehman bought his mortgage and it was U.S. Bank that was managing the ABS they put the mortgage into at U.S. Bank and when he went delinquent they came to claim the property and it let me know that these property trustees are definitely doing their job otherwise we would've heard they are dissolved and they'd have to pay us out as we are allowed claim but the bankruptcy just froze our payouts - not actually any way our trusts can be seized. Like I mentioned these actually beat ECAPS because of their structure and because they are DST for luxury properties.
