Why do posts bother you about management team highlighting the fact that they have reported well ahead of market deadlines?  You realize the average filing time for a quarter is 45-60 days right?  Filing a quarterly report 12 days after the quarter close for a small company is unheard of. The cost to file, the cost to account properly under U.S. and become SEC compliant is overwhelming.  Let alone for a company with as much going on growth wise, legally, and operationally as AZRH.

You know what we tire of? People that complain for no reason. Not looking to pick a fight here but I think I speak for more most when I say that your negative after negative badges of a CEO and management team that does everything right is lame. It's old and tired and it's unwanted by all.  Get over yourself.
