I'll be sending an email to the company today as well. Mine will be a bit more aggressive.

I feel a proposal for a vote of no confidence is becoming more appropriate. With Linda's conniving legal background and my comparatively small stake I have no doubt she will be able to exclude it from the proxy (and even if it did make it on a proxy it would obviously not come close to passing) but I have enough to submit a proxy proposal nonetheless and a message needs to be sent anyway.

Enough is enough. The level of transparency and communication is simply unacceptable by absolutely every measure.
