Holding low price on low Volume. If speculation of a Buyout it's not showing at all. Reflect could go to court to demand payment but instead negotiates 30 day time extension. CREX BOD hoping to generate cash to settle with Reflect while a very remote possibility of an entire Buyout which is a wise negotiating strategy to get maximum price.
