So 40 Brightwater LLC lends MCIC 2,000,000 Gold Backed Crypto Tokens ( could be worth over $100,000,000) for a dump truck full of MCIC preferred and common restricted stock for the purpose of buying a company with substantial Sales Revenue and profit ...Both Brightwater and MCIC must know already what company and have been shown the books on the company ...or else why would Brightwater take a truck load of sub penny Shell company stock...unless they knew before hand what the New company would do for MCIC PPS..........Brightwater wants their money back plus a substantial profit............
