The reason for me I took 2 companies public one on Nasdaq and the other on the TSX exchange.

The Nasdaq company was sold to a wealthy guy who was in the same sector. So I cashed out - our revenue was around $250 Million.

I waited about a year and started a new company with a few friends from the first company. We got the price up over $20 and I decided so I could sell my stock and moved to Mexico but I am in Vegas for about 4 months a year.

So exposing scams is my hobby and I love it. I have been involved in about 15 stocks that were suspended and most were revoked.

I really don't like OTC pumpers because they are preying on very unsophisticated investors.

Drugdoctor is a pumper - that grovels at the feet of Sharp. But I have followed for over 10 years and he is a serial scammer.

You are so wrong about Sharp not caring - he has threatened to sue me along with many others but he knows that he would be eviserated in Discovery - he would have to provide the proof of a company that was close to doing a merger. Plus proof that he actually paid HUMBL $2 million for warrants etc - then Sharp filed a fake lawsuit against HUMBL and it was settled in about 2 weeks. And the settlement included the infamous 3(a)10 exemption so the stock was immediately free trading.

I paid for a friend to build a hospital in Mexico - I use the word hospital loosely - don't think of hospitals in the US.

In one of my companies I stayed in
Jalisco for 3 months and also Nogales MX. When I was there I didn't have many problems - now I wouldn't go to either Nogales or Jalisco (Cártel de Jalisco Nueva Generación) - these guys are now brutal and Sinaloa Cartel operates out of Nogales - the cartel El Chapo operated.

So I have a very good life - but one of my top priorities is exposing scams.
