Here’s an observation worth sharing:
If GS were acting alone, he likely would have rushed to cut a deal by now—one that would probably backfire, much like GVSI did. That’s just his nature—impulsive and reactive. However, his uncharacteristic 14-day silence and measured approach suggest he may have handed over decision-making to a team, possibly one based in Israel. If this is the case, I suspect that when GS announces a major merger in the near future, he’ll also step down as CEO on the same day.
