First, I think you might be confusing Shell and Total. Was that a typo?

Second, it’s worth noting that sometimes a website like anp-stp.gov.st may place information online and later take it down. However, Google’s search engine often "scrapes" this information and includes it in search results. While the link might no longer work, the details shown in the search result can still provide useful insights.

The information in the attached image in my prior post indicates that ERHC’s 15% preferential rights were exercised in Blocks 5 and 6. When exactly did this occur? If the link still worked, we could confirm, but unfortunately, we only have the search result as evidence.
