I requested some share structure updates. Here is the info IR provided.
I have requested an updated number as I am unaware of a formal number filed with the SEC.

Prior to the completion of the merger, the insiders collectively owned more than 21 million common shares.
The total outstanding as of December 2, 2024 as 30.7 million common shares.

I was told that the next formal shares outstanding calculation will be done in conjunction with the annual report/10K but the current estimate of the “public float” when removing insiders (management, directors, employees) and significant shareholders is in the range of 12 million to 15 million shares.
