How do I know they they don't just throw away HMBL? Because HMBL has a minimum of $72mil in assets. It is more, but even at $72mil, our stock has more value than the current stock price. Foote tells us that it will remain a public company in his statement about how shareholders will benefit from the public company as well as WSCG, a private company. Don't be surprised if after all the deals you see with SMX, we end up being the surviving company of all the ones being merged. Why? Because they cleaned up this company for a reason.
