TO ALL, MY OBSERVATIONS AND OPINIONS: Lightwave Logic gave a publicly distributed update on December 11, 2024 to both its shareholders and stakeholders. The 12/11/2024 update was written in plain English and speaks for itself.

Just nine days since the last update and some folks have already posted about a possible additional update being needed? I just do not believe the company should cater to certain unreasonable shareholder behaviors and/or unaffiliated poster behaviors. If you are not a current stakeholder and/or a current shareholder then you likely have little (if any) right to demand and/or expect an update. If the company plans their current work and works their current plan as indicated; to increase shareholder value, then that is what I want. I don't need news for the sake of news to placate, I need news which reveals the company plan is in motion but only when it is ready (and not premature), to be released. I also want/need news of any shows/conferences they go to such as the several coming up over the next few months. I consider myself to be an investor.

I wish the company had a screening in place to assure themselves they were talking to an actual shareholder ie. brokerage name where held, number of shares owned, date and number of shares of last purchase.

To those who are not current stakeholders and/or shareholders of Lightwave Logic who are exercising what is perceived to be their personal vendetta, here is an observation: it is understandable you may need more fuel for your campaign against the company, its principals, shareholders and/or stakeholders, and therefore you may badly want another update. Sorry, not sorry; you should get zilch (in my opinion) as an update. Some of those who have been extremely negative here and acting as if they are altruistic, wanting to "save us" may buy if it gets low enough for them, or they can help drive it lower. They may be only too happy to profit from all their "hard" work supposedly "saving folks". Think about that. What is that? What kind of person treats others that way? They bait others over and over and with each response of outrage they get their much needed attention and the hopes of making more money or some sort of warped influence. It is amazing to just sit back and watch the show and the multiple monikers at work. The deception is interesting for sure. I simply don't listen to people who invest in numerous .0001 penny stocks, especially trading on the non-reporting pink sheets trying to appear like an expert here. I do not believe they are looking out for me or anyone else. Inevitably, they have (or will) slip up and if they think this stock has or is about to take off - admit to buying. This way it shows us how "smart" they are. Sincerity is meaningless and for "suckers" or so they may think. Or, they may get very quiet during this time buying at what they may think is the bottom. If the run up ends .... it may be they sell and then back to negativity and instituting "saving us". Negatively harrassing is generally considered a position of weakness in business as is lying and directly impugning individuals with malice. Rinse, wash, repeat. Hmm what is that? When one takes a birds eye view/perspective the perception of many things is awesome and powerful. For the vast majority of their shenanigans I do not respond or give them attention, which is what they want and/or need. One thing they will not do is leave. Why is that?

It is a sad fact of life that in the stock market some people get very rich from the fear and ignorance of others; which unfortunately is a knife that cuts both ways. Knowledge and independent research is a powerful combination and is generally an investors best friend. Problems happen in business but most reasonably successful adult people do not expect to be sung a lullaby and get tucked in at night.

Please remember, that this message board is not the technology and it is not the company and it is not the stock; it is a multi-faceted group of people all with their own agendas, opinions, motives, egos and characters. Some are ethical and some are not. Ninety percent of the posts on this board have little to no value to an astute researcher or investor. I have no desire to "save" anyone or to play the "hero" trying to give the latest information/rumors.I found out a long time ago that playing "hero" will lead to the old adage " no good deed goes unpunished" . In the long term, research and self-reliance is the most valuable way to learn as an investor. Lightwave states many risk factors in their SEC filings and I have yet to find a risk free way to invest.

There are some wonderful people here though who no doubt have big dreams and beliefs (and are possibly exhausted) while there are also some people here who may be of dubious and/or duplicitous character. Which one are you?

If I had to choose for a company to A. coddle me or B. make me money, then I choose B. I want to be surprised with positive news out of the blue that this board has never mentioned or has a clue about; that kind of news moves a stock for real and teaches a good lesson to those on the sidelines.

I do not care what stock you own or don't own, that is your business. I do not recall ever making buy or sell recommendations on any stock on this thread and I do not post my market position(s). I do have a position in Lightwave Logic and the size of it is my business. If you own zero Lightwave Logic shares I am fine with that, good for you. I always reserve the right to change my mind on my own position and sell if that is what I deem is in my best interest.

Years ago being a Lightwave shareholder was a blast of fun and very educational. So much of the future across many industries that we discussed years ago is coming true or has already come true. Some folks have gained invaluable knowledge from doing their own research and that could likely help them (or already has) have market gains in the future. Now, we no longer share technologies without seemingly negative interjection and ridicule and that does sadden me.

Is Lightwave's turn coming? Lightwave has come a long long way, against tremendous odds and I feel with every day that passes it may be closer; it appears it may be a while longer. The stakeholders and shareholders deserve the success that the company has indicated it is gunning for.

In closing, it is my understanding that the following market hours are in effect (you should double check):

Tuesday, December 24, Christmas Eve - Stock Market closes at 1:00 PM EST
Wednesday, December 25, 2024 - Christmas - Stock Market closed
Tuesday, December 31, 2024 - New Years Eve - Stock Market open regular hours
Wednesday, January 1, 2025 - New Years Day - Stock Market Closed

So, including today there are 5.5 market days left in 2024.

To all the good, kind and decent people, may you and your families have a Very Merry and Blessed Christmas and may we all have a Happy and Prosperous 2025.

All the best to you.
