Leaks are normal and you have every right to ask why that would not be happening now with NWBO. I believe two things in this regard. The first is that anything NWBO has going on in negotiations is NOT in final form but is under non disclosure agreement overseen quite keenly by Mr. Cofer Black. This keeps leaks from happening like might be more common elsewhere. The other issue is that I believe Merck KNOWS, better than any other big pharma perhaps, where the future really lies and preparing for this quietly and perhaps with some misdirection type moves or apparent animosity is a no brainer even if all potential negotiations with NWBO broke down. I believe that they believe a breakdown in negotiations is unlikely even though they both are likely positioning themselves for final terms AND have a mutual respect for each other in this process; ). This is how true professionals operate and those on the outside often misinterpret their moves. Best wishes.
