So they recently got permits and they are thinking there will be lithium that worths billion so they issue themselves incentives????

None of them have done anything for these years except to create more debt...

Ohh cherry in too; one more reverse split for 5 :1... joke???

Retail shares will shrink but not for these company managers because they are getting free incentives for doing nothing....
