Think the company's exiting the oil & gas business so they had to return capital to its shareholders of which key management also participated in. Right now it appear Nick DeMarencontrols the show and will be receiving almost $20k per quarter to figure out what to do next. I show 90,485,000 OS.

Essentially the company is a shell right now. Maybe they become an AI company?
