When a defendant in a lawsuit does not appear in court or send an attorney, it typically means they are choosing not to contest the plaintiff's claims, allowing the court to issue a "default judgment" against them, essentially granting the plaintiff the relief they requested without hearing the defendant's side of the story; this signifies that the defendant is essentially admitting to the allegations made against them.

The most likely outcome is that the judge will issue a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff, meaning the plaintiff wins the case without having to present their full case.

By not appearing, the defendant is essentially waiving their right to defend against the claims made against them.

So this would mean that Park and Thompson (and perhaps others of these spooz scums) are admitting that they've been bad boys.
Especially Mark Thompson whose $35 million judgment was for what the court called egregious fraud. Think about that the next time you want to mention Thompson and Kerogen Resources in a $$dollar-sign-infused$$ pumping post
