Do you agree at least that mikah tax = sungen tax?

So why the whining?

I prefer the mikah tax over the sungen tax.

When SunGen or any third party owns something, then I expect them to make decisions to their own benefit. Likewise, when Hakim owns something, then I expect him to make decisions to his own benefit. I have a real problem with this in regards to Adderall, because I'm paying him to make decisions to my benefit, not his own. This is an untenable conflict of interest that he created, not me.

And by the way, it's avoiding even an APPEARANCE of a conflict of interest that the rest of corporate America lives by, and that is why no one is able to name even one other CEO who acts like this and intermingles his private business with his public company. Repeal the Mikah Tax.
