I’d say they don’t owe shareholders anything. But if they destroy us with float dilution and/or reverse split then they will never get another chance at building something real. Also, if this ends up being some kind of deal that leaves a bunch of overhang (legacy debt, legacy issuances, etc.) then it will be obvious that the merging company is worthless. This is not rocket science, any merging entity with real value would never agree to massive overhang. Hoping for the best here. Shareholders need a real company with real potential to come in here with a clean slate. Hoping but not holding my breath. GLTU
