Where did the 50,968,828 warrants outstanding from the Auctus note go???? They were listed in the 2022 & 2023 10-Ks. Don't think they could combine warrants with a .1187 exercise with different weighted average exercise price or a different average contractual term. They did have a 12 month maturity which was amended "(i) extended the maturity date of the Auctus Note to November 1, 2022," This note would have still been in the 2023 10-K. Even if it had been settled. Is that why it is not listed in the 2024 10-K???????
Maybe XERI is in negotiations trying to talk Auctus into giving those warrants back. LOLOLOLOL
