I think everyone knows only one 200mm foundry has successfully poled a wafer with Lightwave's modulators on it.

Deep down - everyone who has read my position on that has to know I'm right.

It's common sense -- plus Dr Lebby virtually said so - I gave the exact quote from the Beninga interview..

What's truly sad is nobody here will say so.

The other foundries apparently are struggling to make it work on anything higher than 150mm. Dr Lebby clearly said 200mm is required for volume production -- he made quite a big deal of getting the one to work earlier this year..unfortunately have only one - and a struggling one at that - may be a big barrier to forming a Tier 1 partnership.
