OS brought it to the board attention when back in April there was an announcement that Affluence had issued LOI for 3 different company's. But all three were under an NDA so we never found out who they were. Then the merger unwound and so did the LOI agreements. OS was adamant that one of the three was MTi and he posted all of the information here. Now when the merger ended James said there were several candidates out there for merger or acquisition still. Its now believed that MTi is one of those candidates... once all of this crap with the OTCM on the Control issue is settled and the new BOD are listed on the Affluence Company Profile page on the OTC that is when we should get the info on the new company's that will be joining Affluence. Most likely the biggest prize with go the MTi as a merger into Affluence Which will then allow the Digibriks subsidiary to come back into play since the MTi has the register for the name Digibriks
