Yes. But you will be buying it from Overstock.com. It bought the key assets from the former BBBYQ out of the bankruptcy auction, including the IP rights and Bed Bath & Beyond trade name and assets. None of that has anything to do with the former company and ticker which was the subject of this Board prior to the liquidation bankruptcy.
