I completely understand your point and concern when it comes to the 13G... all I can tell you is that what I have been able to find out I am comfortable with it and have faith that its not going to be a dilution machine... for the foreseeable future IMO... meaning until this stock is on very solid ground and is a fully SEC reporting company and moved from the Pinksheets to a higher tier. Hicks phone number was posted... anyone with doubt or questions should try calling or emailing him see what he says...
