Agree.  But I almost expect a 50% JV on Springpole with a big gold company sooner than later.  It seems like First Mining has de-risked Springpole to the point of receiving a credible offer.  

But hopefully Duparquet can stay in house with a smaller project to "immediate production" while the larger Duparquet production gets mapped out for the long term.

First Mining should be very attractive in this gold market.  However,  we sit here at such a discount.  Incredible value it seems, but what do I know?
