Non US revenue reaching 36% of US revenue or 26% of total revenue is a good sign. Its getting less dependent on the US, which really only functions as a revenue base to sustain the EU launch.

IMO Amarin could easily put the stock price back to $1 by announcing that Sarissa has agreed to a 100 million "line of credit" to finance an aggressive marketing program in EU once Italy agrees to reimbursement. They wouldn't even need the money, they just need to remove the fear of running out of cash and allow them to focus on selling instead of focusing on conserving cash.
