Pagliara and the Biden admin really let Bradford down about coming in to save the day 😆😆🤣 ... so he's been super quiet after those bad predictions he let loose on the board.

I would NOT put it past the government hacks to try and attempt a massive cramdown but I don't think it would go their way in a court challenge and as long as Ackman is hanging around I would count on that court challenge to come.

On the other hand I have a sneaking suspicion that the gov (aka TSY, FHFA) knows they can only get away with the what they are doing while we are in c'ship because there hasn't been any proper challenges to what they've done - so they continue to act this way until such time as the capital build, a proper capital rule, housing needs, and the warrant expiration nears as for it all to become obvious that the c'ship should end. Unless they can get consensus in Congress to ruin us - which I do NOT think can happen then it's just a matter of time for us to come out on top. But I abhor this prolonged torture.
